污泥螺旋壓榨脫水機/ Sludge Screw Press Hydrating Machine
用 途 ：
對造紙污泥產(chǎn)生壓縮作用，達到脫水目的。與濃縮機匹配形成的污泥脫水系統(tǒng)對污泥壓縮濃度達48-50%;壓縮后的污泥 可進入焚燒爐進行燃燒。
結構特點：
根據(jù)不同原料和產(chǎn)能的要求，設計不同規(guī)格錐形壓縮螺旋，配有小孔徑的脫水篩框。物料出口裝有反壓裝置，通過調整氣控壓力調節(jié)出料通道大小進一步提高物料濃度。要使物料達到可焚燒程度，在設備前要有與其匹配的濃縮機同時通入適量的蒸汽。
本設備性能穩(wěn)定，運行成本低，可對不通用戶進行設備的靈活配置。
Application:
Compression effects on sludge from paper making for dewatering. The
consistency will be 48-50%, the compressed sludge can be burn.
Design Features:
For the requirement of different material and capacity, we design different
cone screw including dewatering basket. Con- press device rise up the
consistency of material.
To bring the material to burn level, need some steam when processing. This
equipment running stable, low cost and flexible configuration.
