ZCJ系列除節(jié)機(jī)/ ZCJ Series Knotter
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
用于去除蒸煮后的化學(xué)木漿或草漿中未整潔的木節(jié)或草節(jié)及原料中的金屬、砂石等重雜質(zhì)。固定的旋翼、旋轉(zhuǎn)的波紋篩鼓，能高效分離雜質(zhì)。
受保護(hù)的旋翼設(shè)置與布置，旋翼的使用壽命長(zhǎng)，設(shè)備運(yùn)行安全。漿料使用濃度范圍廣：1.5~5%，生產(chǎn)能力大
設(shè)備能耗低且維修方便。
Design Features
The pressure knotter is to remove the wood knots and straw knots in the
cooked chemical wood pulp and straw pulp and heavy rejects such as
metals,sand,etc.
With its fixed rotor and rotating corrugated basket, the knotter can be more
efficient in separating and removing the rejects
The rotor can work in a long-life with its protection design
With high capacity,the knotter can work in wide range of inlet consistency
from1.5%~5% Low power consumption and easy maintenance.
