ZCF系列擴(kuò)散式脫墨浮選機(jī)/ ZCF Series Diffusion Deinking Flotation Machine
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):
該設(shè)備由鋼制圓柱形的浮選槽、階梯擴(kuò)散式漿氣混合器、進(jìn)漿環(huán)管、中間排渣管及液位調(diào)節(jié)箱等組成。一般裝置5-7臺(tái)串聯(lián)使用，也可裝置第二級(jí)浮選，以回收墨渣漿中的纖維。
在漿料濃度、壓力、流速等主要工藝參數(shù)穩(wěn)定的情況下，其浮選槽內(nèi)液位、氣泡大小也穩(wěn)定，操作方便、安全可靠。
浮選槽可以單臺(tái)水平安裝，也可以多臺(tái)疊裝，占地面積小�？筛鶕�(jù)每個(gè)浮選槽中漿料油墨粒子含量的不同調(diào)整液位，以保證取得最佳的浮選脫墨效果及較小的纖維流失。
Design Features:
ZCF series diffusion deinking flotation ma- chine consists of steel
cylindrical flotation cell, step diffusion stock-air mixer, annular stock inlet
pipe,center reject pipe and level control box, etc. Normally, ZCF series diffu-
sion deinking flotation machine can be used as in cascade of 5-7 cells or
secondary stage flotation for recovering fiber from ink reject.
Under the stable conditions of the stock consistency, pressure, flow rate,
etc., the suspension levet and the size of air bubbles in the flotation cell are
steady. With its safety and reliability, the flotation machine is easy to
operate,
The flotation cell can be installed separately in horizontal or one is
installed on the top of the other for saving space.
According to the different amounts of ink particles in stock in each
flotation cell, the suspension level can be adjusted, which ensures optimal
flotation deinking efficiency and minimum fiber loss.
