用 途:

ZNX系列斜螺旋濃縮機(jī)是由傾斜約60°的等螺旋輥在 管狀濾鼓內(nèi)旋轉(zhuǎn)向上提漿的重力過(guò)濾設(shè)備。一般用 于廢紙制漿生產(chǎn)流程中低濃段、中濃段漿料濃縮與 洗滌，也適用硫酸鹽木漿、機(jī)械漿、化學(xué)機(jī)械漿等 漿料的濃縮和洗滌。

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):

ZNX系列斜螺旋濃縮機(jī)由螺旋輥、洗刷條、濾網(wǎng)、機(jī) 架、進(jìn)出漿裝置及傳動(dòng)裝置等組成。漿料經(jīng)過(guò)漿料調(diào)節(jié)箱，從濃縮機(jī)下方輸入管狀濾網(wǎng)內(nèi)，靠螺旋輥旋 轉(zhuǎn)，其等距螺旋葉向上提漿所增加的壓力及濾網(wǎng)內(nèi)外 的液位差的重力，使白水過(guò)濾流出濾網(wǎng)外。濃縮后的 漿料經(jīng)過(guò)螺旋葉上方的破碎葉片的破碎，均勻地從出 漿槽送出。白水匯集于濾水槽下方，從白水口流出。斜螺旋濃縮機(jī)的能力、出漿濃度可隨濾孔規(guī)格、 螺旋長(zhǎng)度和螺距、轉(zhuǎn)速等的不同而改變，一般使用于廢紙漿時(shí)，濾孔直徑為： 1.5~2mm,進(jìn)漿濃度2~4%，出漿濃度10~12%。 設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，操作維護(hù)方便;生產(chǎn)能力大，占地面積小、安全可靠。 設(shè)備所配置進(jìn)漿高位箱的漿料濃度及漿位差，可改變 斜螺旋濃縮機(jī)的出漿量或出漿濃度。

Application:

ZNX series inclined screw thickener is a gravity-filter. It lifts stock through a rotating screw roll inclined about 60°in the pipe-shaped filter drum. It is used for thickening and washing in low consistency and medium consistency range of waste paper pulping process and it is also suitable for thickening and washing pulp such as sulfate wood pulp, mechanical pulp, and chemi-me- chanical pulp, etc.

Design Features:

ZNX series inclined screw thickener consists of screw roll, brush, screen, frame, inlet and outlet device as well as the driving device, etc. Pulp enters to the screen basket via level-regulating box from lower part of thickener. The white water is draining out through screen as a result of increased pressure and level difference between inside and outside of the screen when the screw is rotating. The thickened paper stock is shredded by blades on upper end of the screw and discharged out of the trough. The white water is collected in the filter tank and flows out of the white water outlet .

The capacity and outlet consistency of the inclined thickening can be varied with the size of screen holes, the length and pitch of the screw and rotation speed, etc. In general, while handling with waste paper pulp, the thickener shall keep the screen holes at Ф1.5~Ф2mm, inlet consistency is 2~4% and outlet consistency is 10~12% .
