二、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用及特性：

本品可直接添加到中間體的合成過程中，或在乳液中按一定比例添加，對(duì)陰離子垃圾較重的抄造系統(tǒng)可適當(dāng)調(diào)整用量，作為漿料電位平衡劑，起到施膠增效和催熟化的雙重作用，本品顯著提高AKD中性膠的穩(wěn)定性及施膠效果！限制AKD的水解和遷移傾向，對(duì)AKD乳膠起很好的保護(hù)作用，加速AKD 的熟化。JH-5020A也可作為A4紙用抗靜電劑，助留增強(qiáng)分散劑和彩色紙的固色劑用。

三、產(chǎn)品使用方法及注意事項(xiàng)：

1、每噸AKD乳液，加入JH-5020A高分子乳化劑10kg-30kg.

2、高分子乳化劑添加量越多，后期施膠效果越好，但用量過高時(shí)可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致AKD乳液局部沉淀；添加本品可延長(zhǎng)AKD乳液的存放時(shí)間。

四、產(chǎn)品包裝及 貯存：

本品采用200Kg、1000kg塑桶包裝；儲(chǔ)存于陰涼處,避免冰凍和日曬。 儲(chǔ)存期12個(gè)月。

Application and characteristics：

This product can be directly added to the synthesis of intermediates or the emulsion in certain proportional . It can also appropriate to adjust the dosage of anionic trash heavier production system.As the slurry potential balance agent, it plays a dual role of sizing and dematuration.This product significantly improves the stability of AKD sizing agent! Limited hydrolysis and AKD migration tendency, a good protective effect on AKD emulsion, curing accelerated AKD . JH-5020A can also be used as A4 paper with antistatic agent, retention enhancing dispersant and color paper with fixing agent. 

Usage method:

1. Per ton of AKD emulsion, adding JH-5020A polymer emulsifier 10kg-30kg.

2. The more amount of polymer emulsifier added,, the better the effect of the later sizing effect, but if the amount is too much may lead to local precipitation of AKD emulsion；adding this product can prolong the storage life of AKD emulsion. 

Package and storage:

200kg per drum or 1000kg IBC drum

Stored in a cool place, avoid freezing and sun.

Storage period: 12 months
