YLC-700型雙向除渣器利用離心原理去除漿料中的各種輕、重雜質(zhì)。除渣器上、下錐體采用PA66材質(zhì)，具有較高的強度和耐磨性以及良好的彈性，上、下外殼為玻璃纖維加強的聚丙烯PP。
該除渣器具有全新的進漿設(shè)計，通過形成的加速流和較長的停留時間結(jié)合在一起，這種設(shè)計特點賦予了除渣器很高的分離作用。使用時，良漿圍繞著中部空氣芯進入一個長的輕雜質(zhì)除渣區(qū)，未被擾動的漿流中的輕雜質(zhì)緊貼空氣芯而被有效從頂部分離出外。良漿則沿器壁以切線方向推出器外，配合我公司生產(chǎn)的150型輕質(zhì)除渣器使用效果更為顯著。它可用在紙漿凈化系統(tǒng)中，除去漿料中的混合廢棄物、石蠟、粘著物、塑料片、泡沫、氣體、沙石、鐵屑等輕、重雜質(zhì)。
