QD-3013型微電腦程控壓縮強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)儀（觸屏操作系統(tǒng)）/Crush Tester
QD-3013型微電腦程控壓縮強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)儀是紙和紙板抗壓強(qiáng)度性能檢測(cè)的基本儀器，先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)使本儀器無(wú)需外接電腦即可實(shí)現(xiàn)曲線顯示及數(shù)據(jù)查詢比較功能。其主要適用于紙張環(huán)壓強(qiáng)度、瓦楞紙板邊壓強(qiáng)度、平壓強(qiáng)度、粘合強(qiáng)度及紙管平壓強(qiáng)度等的測(cè)試。其各項(xiàng)性能參數(shù)和技術(shù)指標(biāo)符合GB2679.8《紙板環(huán)壓強(qiáng)度測(cè)定法》、GB6546《瓦楞紙板邊壓強(qiáng)度測(cè)定法》、GB6548《瓦楞紙板粘合強(qiáng)度的測(cè)定方法》和GB2679.6《瓦楞芯平壓強(qiáng)度測(cè)定法》等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定。
儀器配備相應(yīng)輔具可進(jìn)行以下試驗(yàn)：
——配備環(huán)壓試驗(yàn)中心盤和環(huán)壓專用取樣器，進(jìn)行原紙環(huán)壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)（RCT）；
——配備邊壓（粘合）取樣器和輔助導(dǎo)塊，進(jìn)行瓦楞紙板邊壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)（ECT）；
——配備紙板粘合試驗(yàn)夾具，進(jìn)行瓦楞紙板粘合（剝離）強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)（PAT）；
——配備平壓試樣取樣器，進(jìn)行瓦楞紙板平壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)（FCT）；
——配備槽紋儀和輔助器具，進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室槽紋試驗(yàn)（CCT和CMT）。
QD-3012 & QD-3013 Type crush tester is a new type of compression test instrument developed by our company according to the specification of national standard. With mechanical and electrical integration configuration, the instrument is well-designed using modern mechanical design theory and human engineering design criteria and micro-process. The instrument is upper pressure plate fixed type, which has high precision.
It applies to the test of Ring Crush Test (RCT), Edge Crush Test (ECT). Flat Crush Test (FCT)、Pin Adhesion Test(PAT) 、Corrugated Crush Test（CCT）and Concord Medium Test(CMT).
